Elveden is host to four species of British deer; Fallow, Roe, Muntjac and Red deer.

Our deer stalkers and gamekeepers carefully manage our wildlife and game populations.  Our objective is to ensure a healthy and balanced population that is within a tolerable capacity.​

Our venison, along with other game from the Estate, is sold through the Butchery Counter at the Elveden Courtyard and is also on the menu in the Courtyard Restaurant and Elveden Inn.
