Rural Estates Administrator
A Rural Estates Administrator is required to join the office team at Elveden, to provide support and to assist in the day to day management of a wide range of rural properties.
Good standard of general education (numeracy and literacy)
Adaptable and practical attitude

Ability to work under pressure
Good communication skills
Ability to work on their own initiative when required
Ability to work as an integrated member of a team
Good keyboard skills and computer literacy in Excel and Word
Experience of working in residential property would be an advantage.
Full driving license
Liaison with tenants
Overseeing minor property repairs
Undertaking property inspections and viewings (where necessary)
Updating of specified areas of Property Management database
Ensuring tenant and client compliance with statutory and contractual obligations
Assisting with the Property Manager with tenant applications and references
Assisting the Property Manager with monitoring debtors
Insurance records and recoveries
Maintaining up to date computer and paper records
The requirement is for a proactive, versatile and self-assured individual who is a good team worker and is capable of taking tasks through to a successful conclusion following adequate briefing and, where necessary, training. The appointee must be able to work quickly and accurately when under pressure and be able to respond readily and with maturity to enquiries.

Experienced Waiter / Waitress
Elveden Estate Courtyard Restaurant requires an experienced waiter / waitress with a mature outlook to join their busy team.
You must be an experienced hospitality professional that understands the importance of providing an exemplary level of customer service to ensure our customers enjoy a fantastic experience every time. Reporting to the Restaurant Manager and Assistant Manager, you will have a flexible approach to hours, covering weekends and occasional evening events.
Mid-week hours can be set to suit, e.g. 9am-3pm, however weekend work is essential.
Salary and benefits
£6.40 per hour plus tips (if aged over 20)
20% staff discount throughout the Elveden Courtyard.

Reporting to the Head Chef/Sous Chef you will be providing support to the busy kitchen team, ensuring standards of cleanliness are maintained at all times.
This is an important role within the kitchen and we will require someone who will have the following attributes:
• A flexible approach to hours, covering occasional evening events.
• Strong and capable of unloading deliveries.
• Consistent approach to cleanliness standards.
£6.40 per hour (will be reviewed in October)
5 days per week. Weekend cover will be included
